SPF Assists in Bond Financing of Rural Health Care Project

Northeast Washington County Community Health, Inc., referred to generally as The Health Center, successfully closed on a $2.5 Million tax-exempt bond financing on December 21, 2007. The proceeds of the bond will be used to finance a portion of the cost of the much-needed expansion of The Health Center's Plainfield, Vermont facilities.

The Health Center was represented by Bob Fletcher of SP&F.
