In an order entered September 26, 2006, the Vermont Public Service Board required VT Transcoto to reimburse the Town of Charlotte $2,212.50 in legal fees incurred to "revist in the post-certification proceedings pole-height issues that it would have reasonably understood to have been resolved" in the earlier proceedings. VT Transco is the successor entity to VELCO.
Charlotte, represented by SPF, identified 14 instances in the specific testimony and exhibits of VELCO in which VELCO made representations about the pole heights for its Northwest Reliability Project as it passed through Charlotte that were discrepant from the preliminary, post CPG, design plans for the poles.
