The final design elements of the VELCO NRP project are being aired before the Vermont Public Service Board this week. Beginning at 9:30 AM on October 16, and continuing each day (although at different start times), the PSB will consider testimony from VT Trans, the Vermont Department of Public Service and affected property owners and communities along the route on aspects of the final design. SP&F attorney Joe McLean will represent the interests of several communities during these hearings.
