Bob Fletcher recently joined the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and plans to resume representing issuers of tax exempt bonds and other indebtedness. Bob assisted various Vermont issuers to fund capital and working capital projects on a tax exempt basis early in his career, before moving to VEDA, itself an issuer of tax exempt industrial revenue bonds. "I'm excited about the possibilities" said Bob, and he "looks forward to getting back into tax exempt finance."
