Stitzel Page & Fletcher, P.C. was established in 1990 with the “vision” of providing comprehensive legal services to governments, educational institutions, and other public and quasi-public entities throughout Vermont.  In the ensuing 16 years, SP&F has fulfilled that vision, growing from its two-attorney origins to a seven attorney firm with a well-earned reputation for providing focused, knowledgeable counsel and advocacy.
